Q1:) Do you ship your watch and gift items internationally.

A:) Yes we do to most countries, however we do have restrictions on some countries, due to the high incidence of fraud, please inquire about your country

Q2:) How do you ship your watches and gifts.

A:) We use Australia Post Eparcel services.

Q3:) Are your items covered by a warranty

A:) Yes all our watches and gifts are covered by either a manufacturers warranty or our own exchange warranty.

Q4:) Are your items insured during transit

A:) Yes all are covered by Australia posts shipping insurance

Q5:) Can you ship my watch or gift directly to a friend, without sending it to me first

A:) Yes however if you are paying by credit card we will only ship to the billing address that is registered to that credit card, payment would have to be by cash direct bank deposit for this method of shipment, this is due to the high incidence of credit card fraud.

Your bid is a contract:

• Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, A non Paying Bidder claim will be filed. Feedback will be left after the transaction is complete and all parties are happy. Please do not leave feed back to complain with out contacting us first.

A:) No please choose carefully, our description and images on our websites are accurate, it is your responsibility to ensure you buy the right item, we are always available to assist if you need more information prior to us shipping your watch or gift item.

Q7:) Do you offer a shipping discount for shipment of multiple items.

A:) Yes we do, we will advise of the discounted shipping charge prior to dispatching your watches or gifts

Q8:) How long will it take for my watch or gift to arrive.

A:) We generally ship your items within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment, depending on your location you should receive your item within 7 days maximum from then, however please note that this does not apply to peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter, as all delivery services generally take longer during those periods, please ensure you order your watch and gift items early during those peak seasonal periods.
